The Tsunami of 2004 has precipitated countries such as Australia, Canada, Japan, and Germany to provide funds estimated at 4 Billion dollars dedicated for relief.
The funds destined to repair the damage by the Biggest Tsunami are reported to deal with a wide range of issues such as humanitarian aid, infrastructure repair, and the public health of the regional population.
So many issues have provided complex problems to aide workers such as clean water, health epidemics, and economic issues that have increased the already prolific sex trade in many of the communities.
These problems compounded with the psychological issues of some locals burying their entire families has placed a huge stress on already taxed aid workers. It is reported it will take years to correct many of the problems resulting from this natural disaster. Some will never be over come.
